How To Make A GAP Insurance Claim

How To Claim:

In the event of a possible claim under this policy, please follow the claims procedure set out below:

Step 1:

Contact your motor insurance company to report the Incident (whether it is an accident, fire or theft).

Step 2:

If your vehicle is classed as a Total Loss you will be entitled to make a claim against your GAP Insurance policy.

Step 3:

Please contact the Administrators at GAP Claims, First Call Group to open your GAP claim.

Step 4:

DO NOT accept any offers from your motor insurance company until you have spoken to the claims department at as this may affect your GAP claim.

Step 5:

GAP Claims will ask you to supply information to enable your claim to be processed.

Step 6:

Once we have been notified and agreed the settlement figure from your insurance company, you will need to contact your motor insurance company and accept the Total Loss payment that was offered from them. Please only accept Total Loss payment once authorised by claims department to do so.

Step 7:

Once both payments have been received, enjoy buying your new vehicle.

Should you wish to purchase GAP Insurance for your new vehicle, please contact us; we will be happy to help.

Motor Insurance Settlement Figure:
